As part of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process we request our customers to complete a client feedback form at the end of each contract or project to help us understand their needs and ensure we continue to meet and exceed their expectations. We are measured over 12 different elements with ratings out of 10 for each, for all feedback received we averaged an overall feedback score of 9.06.
