Key Accreditations for ASG At The Double
ASG Inspection has augmented its accreditations portfolio with two key service approvals that underline its capability to deliver best-in-class services.
It has been awarded approved supplier status by DNV GL in:
- 402A - thickness measurement on ships, in accordance with class programme DNVGL-CP-0484
- 402B – non-destructive testing on offshore projects and offshore units/components, in accordance with class programme DNVGL-CP-0484

"They demonstrate both the high level of knowledge and practical experience at ASG and our commitment to work to the highest standards on behalf of clients internationally."
The awards represent the latest landmark achievement for ASG as it successfully pursues a long-term growth strategy.
The business has recently secured its ISO 9001 2015 quality management accreditation through BSI, and launched its bespoke business management system.
Operationally, it has successfully completed its first phased array ultrasonic inspection programme in the offshore UK sector, and introduced:
- a bespoke ASG inspection database with client portal
- RFID tagging for both LOLER and DROPS surveys.

ASG has also become an Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) probationary Operator member.
